Dx – LAD
In this ECG, S is dominant (than R) in lead II but R is dominant in lead I. So it shows left axis deviation.
If R in dominant in both lead I and II, the cardiac axis is usually with normal range.
If S is dominant in lead I but R is dominant in lead II, it is right axis deviation.
If S in dominant is lead II but R is dominant in lead I, it is left axis deviation.
