Dx -Brugada syndrome A rare but potentially life-threatening cause of arrhythmia that is sometimes inherited (mutations in the SCN5A gene).

Dx – Acute pericarditis

Dx – Dextrocardia

Finding – AF with Osborn wave

Dx – LAD, LVH, First degree heart block

Dx – Complete heart block

Dx Secondary heart block Mobitz type 2

Dx – Secondary heart block Mobitz type 1

Dx – First degree heart block

Dx – AF with RVH and IHD
